Overseas funds transfers submitted before the cut-off time on a business day will be sent out on the same day. Your funds will be deducted from your account by the cut-off time. If you submit an overseas funds transfer after the cut-off time, your funds will be sent out on the next business day.

Please note the Inward Remittance cut-off time for crediting of accounts maintained with OCBC: Singapore Dollar Inward Telegraphic Transfer Crediting to SGD Current and Savings Account: Payments received before 4.30pm will be processed and credited to customer's account within the same business day. Foreign Currency Inward Telegraphic Transfer Crediting to SGD Current and Savings Account: Payments received before 4pm will be processed and credited to customer's account within the same business day. Crediting to Foreign Currency account: Payments involving USD/HKD/GBP received before 4pm will be processed and credited to customer's account within the same business day. Payment involving all other currencies will be processed and credited to customer's account on the next business day.

Rate at which incoming funds are converted We will use the Buying TT rate to convert your incoming funds. I have submitted my overseas funds transfer, why were my funds not deducted from my account yet?Your funds will be deducted by the cut-off time on a business day. Please ensure that you submit your overseas funds transfer before the cut-off time for it to be processed on the same business day. Otherwise, the transaction will be processed on the next business day instead. You may refer to the cut-off times.
Is there a minimum transaction amount?Yes, depending on the debiting currency. A minimum of SGD 100 (for SGD fund transfers) or USD 100 (for non-SGD fund transfers) is required for each transaction.
How much is the agent fee?The agent fee shown on the OCBC Digital app or Internet Banking will be indicative. The actual agent fee will be reflected in your transaction history.
Can I track the status of my overseas funds transfer?Yes, you can check the status easily via OCBC Internet Banking > Customer service > Check internet transaction status > Transaction type: Fund Transfer.
Get transaction advices for Inward RemittanceYes, we will send you a computer generated advice with the transaction details. The advice will be sent to you via normal postal service on the next working day.
