For the following professions , you may file an unlicensed activity complaint by calling our unlicensed activity hotline at 1.866.532.1440 or email the department at ULA@DBPR.state.fl.us.

For Home Inspectors and Mold Related Services unlicensed activity complaints, per Section 468, Part XV, F.S., the Division of Regulation will not take enforcement action against Home Inspectors and/or Mold Related Services licensees for unlicensed activity until July 1, 2011.
